Homebody Gift Guide

I’d like to consider myself a homebody! There’s nothing that makes me happier than spending the day at home with my little family, laughing, and watching movies. It’s my happy place. Throw in being a stay-at-home mom during a pandemic and I’m essentially an expert homebody. Insert this homebody gift guide!

Homebody

Whether it’s the birthday of someone you love or you need a “just because” gift, here’s a handful of gifts perfect for the homebody in your life! I love every single gift of this homebody gift guide and I use them all on the regular!

Candle

It’s been proven by science that smells alter your emotions and mood. This is why I love candles. A clean room and a burning candle make home my happy place! My favorite candle is Yankee Candle’s, Lemon Lavender. I’m a sucker for lavender scents and even though Shawn isn’t, he loves this candle just as much as I do!

Cookbook

Since we’ve been in quarantine I have been cooking a lot more than usual. I plan on sharing more of my favorite recipes more but for now, I’ll share one of my favorite cookbooks. This is a shocker for me too but it’s actually Snoop Dogg’s From Cook To Cook Cookbook. I randomly bought this at the beginning of quarantine because I thought it was funny but there are a ton of gems in here that any lover of comfort food would enjoy!

Lip Mask

Most homebodies love anything that involves taking care of themselves. The Laneige lip mask is a useful but refreshing beauty gift!

Weighted Blanket

I will forever promote weighted blankets because it’s one of those things you didn’t know you needed until you try it for yourself. There are a ton of health benefits behind them but I love them because they’re just so stinking cozy!

Audible/Kindle Subscription

If your homebody is a reader this is the perfect gift for them! Lately, I prefer audiobooks over traditional books simply so I can multitask while “reading”.

Cozy Socks

This is another one of those things you didn’t know you needed. Barefoot Dreams is known for its indulgently cozy material. Their socks are perfect to wear while you cuddle up on the couch and watch your favorite movie!

Hair Accessories

Just because you’re home doesn’t mean you can’t look cute! Silk hair scrunchies are perfect for creating a cute “messy bun” without damaging your hair. I’m also a fan of wearing soft headbands around the house to look more “put together”

Hopefully, this guide was helpful! If you can think of any more gifts perfect for the homebody, share them in the comments below!
